The Navy has closed Step 1: Request for Qualifications and is evaluating Statements of Qualifications received from potential master developers for the Navy Old Town Campus Revitalization Lease and Development Opportunity.
As we reach this important milestone, the Navy would like to thank members of industry and the public for your continued interest in this project! Solicitation Step 1: Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is now closed with the receipt of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) on Feb. 7, 2023. The Navy is now in the sensitive source selection evaluation process. From now until April 10, 2023, the Navy will be evaluating the SOQs received. At the conclusion of the evaluations, the government will invite shortlisted proposers, who are determined to be “Best Qualified,” to respond to Step 2: Request for Proposals. The Navy will notify shortlisted entities and release the Step 2: Request for Proposals Data Pack on April 10, 2023, to shortlisted entities to prepare their proposals. In accordance with Department of Defense policy, and to ensure the integrity and successful completion of this competitive solicitation process, the Navy will not be disclosing source selection information at this time. As the process moves forward, we will provide updates as permitted and appropriate.
